We recommend that all schools stay at The Claridges Hotel.

 

Schools need to book their own accommodations. Special rates have been arranged with the hotel, available through the booking link provided below. The link will expire at midnight on October 25th. After that, room availability and rates will depend on confirmation at the time of booking.

Accommodation is for 3-4 nights (Wednesday, 04 December Arrival to departures starting from Saturday, 07 or 08 December depending on the flight) and children will be room on twin sharing basis. Teaching staff will have the option of single rooms at an additional cost.

The welcome dinner on Wednesday, 04 December, will be held at 19:30. In order to attend, schools will need to arrive at the hotel by 17:00 at the latest, which would mean that flights need to arrive by 15:00.
