• The school needs to book their own flight tickets.

• We request that each participating school  to research and apply for the appropriate visas for all members of their delegation well in advance of their planned travel date to the festival.

• Additionally, schools should conduct their own research into the specific entry requirements for New Delhi, India, and any transit countries relevant to their journey from their country of origin, including any entry restrictions or requirements.

• If you require any specific content for your visa invitation letters, please contact nidhi.garg@british-school.org. We recommend initiating this process as soon as you have identified your participants.
